Marques de Barbera is one of our latest and most anticipated renovation projects which we have executed for a young homeowner in the city of Barcelona. The property is located in the heart of the city centre and only a stone’s throw away from the famous Las Ramblas street. There is an abundance of good restaurants and cafes on its doorstep, making all essentials and places of leisure within walking distance.

This property had a vast amount of original elements such as hydraulic floors and decorative ceilings for us to restore, along with a 250m2 terrace for us together with the client to get creative with. From wood decking, an outdoor kitchen & seating area, outdoor shower and a big focus on landscape architecture, we like to think that the end result exceeded expectations.
